We accept returns & exchanges of equipment purchased online within 14 days of the order being placed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
A refund or exchange can be requested by contacting us on 1300 399 499, or alternatively you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The cost of returning your equipment will be at the customers own expense and is non-refundable. Please ensure you contact us before returning your equipment. A re-stocking fee may apply on some items.
