Low engine oil pressure
|1. Oil Pressure Sensor is faulty.||1. Repair or change the sensor.|

|Low fuel level||1. Fuel is insufficient.||1. Add fuel.|
|2. Fuel tank has leak.||2. Repair or change fuel tank.|
|3. Fuel Level Sensor is faulty.||3. Repair or change the sensor.|
|Power drops after running for a period of time||1. Air Filter Element is clogged, and air is insufficient.||1. Clean or change air filter element.|
|2. Fuel Filter is clogged and is fuel insufficient.||2. Drain water/sediment or change fuel filter.|
|3. Engine ignition time is incorrect.||3. Adjust the ignition time as required.|
|Any issues not listed||1. Incorrect settings on DeepSea Controller||1. Read the “DeepSea Operator Guide” and enter the correct settings in the DeepSea Controller.|
|The DeepSea Controller does not work
|1. The battery is disconnected.||1. Open the door and connect the battery.|
|2. The battery voltage is low.||2. Recharge the battery.|
|3. The battery is faulty.||3. Replace the battery.|
|4. The starter motor does not work.||4. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|5. The Emergency Stop button is pressed.||5. Check that the stop button is armed. If it’s not armed, turn the grip handle clockwise.|
|6. There are disconnected or broken cables in the electrical system.||6. Check the electrical system to find the disconnected or broken cables (Refer to the Electrical Drawing).|
|The Starter Motor works but the engine does not start
|1. Possible low fuel in the tank.||1. Refuel the Lighting Tower.|
|2. Fuel Filter dirty.||2. Replace the Filter.|
|3. The Fuel Pump does not work.||3. Check the electrical connection of the pump and contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|Starting the engine is difficult and white smoke is released from the exhaust
|1. The Air Cleaner Element is dirty.||1. Clean the element with compressed air and replace as required. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|2. Injection Pump wear.||2. Do not use poor quality fuel as it will cause excessive wear to the Injection Pump. Check the Fuel Injection Pump Element and replace if necessary.|
|3. Overheating of moving parts.||3. Check lubricating oil system.|
|4. Check if lubricating oil filter is working properly or blocked. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|Output voltage unstable
|1. Irregular engine speed.||1. The engine is set at an exact speed of 1500 rpm.
2. In the event it has been incorrectly set contact PR Power for technical assistance, replacement parts and backup service.
|2. The Alternator is defective.||3. Replace the Alternator.
4. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.
|The Lighting Tower stops operating, with the “Low Oil Pressure” signal lamp ignited||1. The oil level is low.||1. Check the level and add oil if necessary.|
|2. The pressure switch is defective.||2. Replace the pressure switch.
3. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.
|3. The DeepSea Protection Panel is faulty.||4. Replace the panel.
5. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.
|The Lighting Tower stops with the “High Water Temperature” signal lamp ignited
|1. The level of coolant in the radiator is low||1. Check the level and add coolant if necessary.|
|2. Radiator core or radiator fins clogged with dust.||2. Clean core or fins carefully.|
|3. Radiator fan does not work.||3. Check the fan belt for damage and tightness. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|4. The DeepSea Protection Panel is faulty.||4. Replace the panel. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|The lighting tower stops with the “Battery Charge” signal lamp ignited||1. The battery is defective.||1. Replace the battery.|
|2. The engine’s 12v Alternator is faulty.||2. Check the output voltage of the Alternator and contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.|
|3. The DeepSea Protection Panel is faulty.||3. Replace the panel.|
|After refuelling the Fuel Level Gauge does not move||1. The Fuel Level Gauge does not work.||1. Check the fuel sender unit and its electrical connection.|
|2. The float does not work.||2. Check the float for leaks and its electrical connection.
3. If the float is full of diesel fuel replace it.
|With the engine running the Hour Meter does not work||1. The Hour Meter is faulty.||1. Check the Hour Meter and its electrical connections.|
|The raising and lowering lever for the telescopic mast does not work||1. Defective electrical connections.||1. Check all the electrical connections.|
|2. The Hydraulic Gear Box does not work.||2. Check that the Automatic Earth Leakage (R.C.D) is tripped. if so, reset it.|
|3. Check the electrical system of the hydraulic circuit for faults.|
|4. Check the oil inside the Hydraulic Gear Box and add oil if necessary.|
|5. Replace the Hydraulic Gear Box.
6. Contact PR Power for replacement parts and backup service.
|The lowering lever for the telescopic mast does not work
|1. Faulty electrical connection||1. Check the electrical connection.|
|2. The Hydraulic Gear Box is faulty.||2. Unscrew the pin in a counter clockwise direction
3. Refer to chapter “11.2 HYDRAULIC GEAR BOX” to lower the mast.
